Homes in Nichols Hills
Nichols Hills is one of the metro’s older cities. The median home was built in 1961, and nearly half were built before 1960.
The City was incorporated in 1929, and its largest plat, the Mayfair Park section, was filed in 1930. Many homes have been remodeled over the decades, so plumbing of different ages can sit side by side behind the walls and under the floors.
