Who we are

United Solutions is a water damage restoration company serving the Oklahoma City metro. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean United Solutions.

Information you give us

When you call, text, send photos or use a form on our site, you may give us your name, phone number, address, a description of what happened and photos of the damage. If you are a plumber, contractor or other partner sending us a job, you may also give us your customer’s name, phone number and address. Please send us a customer’s details only with their permission.

Calls and text messages

Calls to our phone numbers may be recorded and reviewed for quality, training and job records. We use different phone numbers in different places, such as on our website, in ads and on printed materials, so we can tell how people found us.

If you text us or ask us to text you, we use your number to reply about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we and our service providers collect information about your device and how you use the site, such as pages viewed, links tapped, the site that sent you and your general location. We use:

• Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site.
• Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. What you type into forms is masked and not recorded.
• Call tracking to connect a phone call with the page or ad that led to it.
• Your browser’s storage. The site keeps a few small notes in your browser, such as how many times you’ve visited and whether you’ve opened our page for plumbers and trades, to decide what to show you. These notes stay on your device.

How we use information

• To respond to you, schedule an inspection and do the work you ask us to do.
• To document the job with photos, moisture readings and drying records.
• To communicate with your insurance company and adjuster when you ask us to.
• To improve our website, our advertising and our service.
• To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping requirements.

When we share information

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as phone, texting, call tracking, analytics, email and website hosting providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Your insurance company and adjuster, when you ask us to work with them on your claim.
• The partner who referred you. If a plumber, contractor or other partner sent you to us, we may let them know we have been in touch and when the job is complete.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to complete your job, support your insurance claim and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

• To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, call or text us at (405) 519-3568. Some job records must be kept for legal or insurance reasons.
• Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts.
• You can clear or block your browser’s storage and cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
