Shut off the main water valve if you can. It’s usually where the water line enters the house: garage, utility closet or near the water heater.
If the power is on
Stay out of standing water. Only turn off power to wet rooms if you can reach the breaker from somewhere dry.

Take photos of everything that got wet before you move anything. Your insurance company may ask for them.
